The Royal Palms is well suited for any event, small or large. With different areas available within the property, you are sure to find the perfect area for your event. We have the lounge room for small intimate gatherings, the pool area, the upstairs dining area and the private beach cabanas. For large functions, utilize the entire property for your event with seating available for 500 or more guests. Pool Area

seating for 125+ guests | standing room for 200+ guests

This area is perfect for private cocktail parties, dinner parties and more. The area comes with a private bar as well as an air conditioned lounge area for additional space. The space comes with seating for 6 in each cabana, day beds in front of each cabana and additional seating for 30 under the palm tree.

There is no rental fee for this area but rather a minimum spend of $2,500.00 CI which is applied towards food and beverages. This area includes seating for 78 guests and 7 day beds. Tables and chairs for 78+ guests will require rentals from an events company. For events where removal of any furniture is required the setup fees are:

Day Beds    $100.00 CI

Tables, Chairs/Benches     $150.00 CI

Royal Palms can provide up to 6 high tops for a $100.00 CI

 

upstairs

Upstairs | seating for up to 45 guests ( max )

This newly renovated area boasts panoramic views of the sea with wood flooring, a rustic pallet wall and oversized farmhouse tables, making it an ideal location for a rustic intimate cocktail or dinner parties, complete with a private bar and air-conditioned comfort.

There is no rental fee for this area but rather a minimum spend of $2,500.00 CI which is applied towards food and beverages. This area includes seating for 45 guests ( max ) lounge furniture and a private bar.

 

For events where removal of any furniture is required the setup fees is $150.00 CI.

Royal Palms can provide up to 2 high tops for a $50.00 CI

 

Private Events

Private Cabanas | seating for 30 to 200 + guests

Located on the world famous seven mile beach, this area is ideal for any private event. Dine with your toes in the sand, surrounded by tiki torches, palm trees and a fire pit. There are six private cabanas available in this area, making it the perfect setting for dinner events or cocktail parties. The seating in this area can be set for intimate dinners for 30 or stretch out along the whole beach to seat 300+ guests.

There is no rental fee for this area but rather a minimum spend of $2,500.00 CI which is applied towards food and beverages.

The area comes with seating for 6 guests in each cabana, for up to 36 guests. The Royal Palms can provide additional tables and chairs for up to 55 guests for a $100.00 setup fee. Tables and chairs for 55 + guests will require rental from an events company.

A mobil bar setup ( $350.00 ) is required for events with 30+ guests.

For events where removal of tables and chairs is required, there is a setup fee of $150.00.

Royal Palms can provide up to 6 high tops for an additional $100.00 setup fee.

Lounge furniture and fire pit are available for $150.00.

For large events with over 55 people, additional lighting is required. It is also suggested to clear the beach chairs in front of the area to offer unobstructed views of the ocean ( $150.00 )
