One of our signature event styles is our action station setup. This offers a more relaxed style event with interactive stations spread out across the area rather than a traditional buffet. Select the Jerk Station and watch the Chefs prepare and cook the Jerk at a live action station with a grill for a true Caribbean feel. This menu can be served on small plates with high tops for guests to mingle or offered on large plates with traditional table dining depending on your preference.

Our signature Jerk Station is a must for a truly Caribbean experience. This interactive station features a live action Chef preparing and cooking Jerk Pork and Jerk Chicken on an authentic Caribbean grill. This station is accompanied by traditional ‘rice n peas’ and cole slaw.
