Located just steps from the turquoise water on Seven Mile Beach, Royal Palms is a family owned and operated restaurant and beach bar that is proud to present a relaxed atmosphere where both locals and tourists alike can enjoy great food, service and ambiance. Our large ocean front complex has a little something for everyone, from water sports and volleyball during the day to live music and dancing under the stars in the night.

Check out our menus and come in for lunch or dinner, our kitchen is open all day long. Choose to dine on the open-air beach bar and patio, by the pool or in a private cabana on the beach. You can also welcome the evening with award-winning views of the sunset in our upstairs dining area. Be sure to have your camera ready!

If you are ready for live entertainment we offer it Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evenings. Sundays are the day you can mingle with expats and locals alike around the pool, at the beach bar or on the volleyball court.

Whether you are in the mood for a colorful cocktail, fresh local seafood or just some fun in the sun, be sure to stop by and check us out. We are, of course, one of the top tourist destinations on the island!

Traveling by cruise ship? Here is some information.

Located right on the white sand of Seven Mile Beach, you couldn’t find a better place to spend your day on the island. Our venue is the closest beach bar stop from the cruise ship port and offers a family-friendly beach patio, a full service beach bar, two volleyball courts, private cabanas and an adults only pool. Rent everything from snorkel gear to jet skis at Wet ‘n Wild, an on-site water sports company.

An all day pass is only $2 (no need to reserve) and you will have access to the stunning Seven Mile Beach and use of our showers, change rooms and washrooms. Children under 12 are free. There is no charge to use the adult’s only pool, however we do ask that you purchase something from our food and beverage menu. Umbrellas and Lounge chairs are available on the beach for $5 each.

As the number one cruise ship passenger destination, we would love to welcome you to the island to soak up the sun and the views. Come meet our culturally diverse staff and try a local beer, a Cayman inspired cocktail or some freshly caught seafood. Also say hello to your friends and family back home via our live webcams and free WiFi!

Happy Cruising!

Just a note. Unfortunately some taxi drivers, mostly the larger busses, prefer to take you further down the beach in order to make more money. They are also receiving “incentives” from the other locations. Your best bet to avoid any problems is to take the smaller taxis, they will get you to Seven Mile Beach faster.
We feel the Royal Palms is the safest, cleanest property on Seven Mile Beach with the nicest beach and amenities. If your taxi driver gives you any problems please let us know so that we can report them to the Department of Tourism, who are working to find a solution to this problem.
